Is the water we're drinking high quality? What does "high quality" drinking water actually mean?
We noticed a frustrating lack of quality markers for drinking water. How could something so important be so unclear? So we set out to uncover the most important qualities of the water we all drink.
The crisp, clean taste of positivepH is thanks to the naturally high level of dissolved oxygen, which also assists in athletic performance recovery.
Did you know almost all high alkaline waters on the market are engineered with the addition of sodium? positivepH’s naturally low level of sodium is a pure gift of nature.
Alkaline water is on everyone's minds, but what does that mean? We need it to bring the body's pH back to neutral, so ideally alkaline water should fall between 8.0 and 9.5. positivepH comes out of the ground at 8.4. Perfection
Why should you care about TOC? Because it’s a measure of a water’s purity; think of it as “bacteria food” / the higher the level, the easier contamination happen. Ideally, TOC levels in drinking water should not exceed 0.15mg/l. Our score is just 0.08mg/l.
What is that “taste” in most water? Mostly, it’s caused by high levels ( over 300 mg/l of TDS, and often it’s not pleasant. - worse, it can cause health problem.
Our aquifer produces water with a natural level of 82 mg/l.
Calcium and Magnesium are essential to human health and an inadequate intake of either can impair health. The human body absorbs Calcium in a two to one ratio with Magnesium which is the ratio that positivepH Water has, which makes it the ideal ratio for the human body to consume.

FROM A DEEP ARTESIAN WELL
Deeper wells usually signify the aquifer is protected from environmental contaminants from above – ideally the depth of an artesian well should be 330 ft (100 m) or deeper. The positivepH well is 700 ft (214 m) deep!
You may not think about a water's exit temperature from a well, but it directly affects purity. The deeper the well, the colder the environment, the less opportunity for micro-organisms to survive. positivepH exit temp is a cool 40 F.

SPRING WATER COMPOSITION
Spring water has a natural terroir that derives its mineral composition from the aquifers that it passes through. Water absorbs minerals from underground rock deposits, and the more slowly it passes through them, the more elements it absorbs. The mineral composition of any given water is referred to as TDS (Total Dissolved Solids). This composition is responsible for the taste and feel of different waters.
